We are pleased to inform that G. Coward AS in Skien has chosen to become a partner in BIG Norge AS and thus the BIG group strengthens in new geography within Telemark County.
Coward was founded in 1884 and is a family-owned company and they have 35 employees.
The warehouse of 3,500 m2 is located at Hagebyveien 33 in Skien. Coward has over 20,000 items in stock and they have a high inventory value for the best availability of products for professional customers in the region.
Coward has two professional shops, one in Skien and one in Notodden. In addition, they are active with webshops, Coward.no and Verktøy.no
Customer groups that they focus on include industry, craftsmen, public sector and contractors. They work throughout Telemark like Skien and Porsgrunn (Norway's largest industrial cluster), Notodden and Kragerø. Among other things, they sell power tools, hand tools, fasteners, PPE, welding, machines etc, most BIG-gruppen´s product range.
Coward focuses on value-creating customer solutions, e.g. they offer customers 24/7 emergency service and they have 50 customer warehouses (LagerService) and their own workshop for e.g. repairs of machinery and hydraulics.
